So keep your body fit. Exercise is important because: It makes your muscles stronger. It develops your lungs. It improves your reactions e.g. so you can catch an throw better. It uses up energy and helps you stay thin. Exercise and fresh air helps you sleep at night.

To have a balanced diet you must eat a mixture of the seven food types: Carbohydrates, fats (only a little bit), minerals, proteins, fibre, vitamins, water. Look at the plate to see what proportion of each food group you should eat. | 
| Health Risks Don't take heath risks that can damage your body. Smoking, is addictive and causes lung cancer, heart attacks and breathing problems. Solvent, sniffing glue and paint is addictive and can cause brain damage. Drugs, unless given by the doctor, Drugs can be very dangerous and most are addictive. they can cause brain damage or worse. Alcohol in small amounts it is not as harmful as Smoking, but it does slow down your reactions. So don't drink and drive! Heavy drinking can damage your liver, heart and stomach. It causes your blood pressure to rise.
