Bullying can be:

  • Name calling and teasing
  • Hitting, punching, pushing or anything to hurt you
  • Taking things away from you
  • Damaging any of your belongings
  • Taking your friends away from you
  • Telling lies and threatening you

Bullying can happen to anyone, anytime, any where.

If you are being bullied:

  • Try to look confident even if you don't feel like it.
  • Don't let the bully/bullies know you are upset.
  • Try to stay in a safe area with a big group of friends you can trust
  • If you spot someone on their own make friends with them and play with them.

How to stop bullying

  • Try to tell someone you know well and can trust.
  • If you can't face up to telling anyone write it down.
  • If you seek adults help the bullying is bound to stop.
  • You are also doing the bully a favor if you sort it out, because bullies are normally unhappy people and you could stop them bullying other people.
